&3 not correct system object name.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : &3 is not a correct system object name for a document or folder. Each character position of a system object name for a document or folder may contain only certain values. Reason code is &2. Reason codes and their meanings are:
01 -- Position 1 does not contain an alphabetic value between A and Y.
02 -- Position 2 does not contain a consonant between B and P.
03 -- Position 3 does not contain a numeric value or a consonant.
04 -- Position 4 does not contain a consonant or a number between 0 and 2.
05 -- Positions 5 and 6 do not contain a number between 00 and 59, or position 5 does not contain a consonant between B and W.
06 -- Positions 7 and 8 do not contain a number between 00 and 59.
07 -- Positions 9 and 10 do not contain a number between 00 and 99. More information on system object names for documents and folders can be found in Programming: Control Language Reference.
Recovery . . . : Correct the name and then try the request again.
