Cannot suspend file system because of open files.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An application used the QHFCTLFS application program interface (API) to suspend file system &1, but a stream file or directory was open at the time.
Recovery . . . : Correct the application to close all files and directories before suspending the file system, or run the Reclaim Resources command (RCLRSC) to close all open files and directories, then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The file system cannot be suspended while there are any open files or directories.
