Cause . . . . . : The serial number or machine type of this system does not match the corresponding service requester information on service provider &1.
Recovery . . . : Contact the service provider and have the service representative at &1 use the Work with Service Requesters (WRKSRVRQS) command, correct the information and try the request again.
