Product and release parameters not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : PTF &1 has an mixture of product and release that is not valid. If product is *ONLYPRD then release must be *ONLYRLS. If a product identifier is entered then a value for the release must be provided.
Recovery . . . : Enter *ONLYPRD for the product and *ONLYRLS for the release or enter a value for both the product and release and try the command again.
