Cause . . . . . : Either incoming or outgoing traffic with IP address &1, port &2, is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Modify the IP packet filter rules in this machine's firewall, or your proxy, to accept incoming / outgoing traffic to and from &1:&2. Please refer to the IBM i Information Center, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/, for further assistance on IP packet filtering.
