Job for PTF distribution not active.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : If you have ordered any PTFs, they cannot be received until the job for distribution is started.
Recovery . . . : Display the messages in the QSYSOPR message queue to see if there are any messages indicating that the job for PTF distribution could not be started or has ended.
Use the Work with Service Providers (WRKSRVPVD) command to insure that an entry exists for the service provider sending the PTFs.
Use the Work with Active Jobs (WRKACTJOB) command to verify that the QSNADS subsystem is active.
If the QSNADS subsystem is active, type the option to end subsystem QSNADS.
Exit the Work with Active Jobs display and use the Start Subsystem (STRSBS) command to start the QSNADS subsystem again.
If the QSNADS subsystem is not active, exit the Work with Active Jobs display and use the Start Subsystem (STRSBS) command to start the QSNADS subsystem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Either the QESTP job is not active in the QSNADS subsystem or the QSNADS subsystem itself, is not active.
