DEV(*PHYFILE) specified without PHYFILE parameter.

Cause . . . . . : If DEV(*PHYFILE) is specified, then the PHYFILE parameter must be specified. When the source device is a database file, a file name is needed. The PHYFILE parameter is the source of the file name.
Recovery . . . : Specify the PHYFILE parameter and then try the command again.
