Local subaddress not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The local subaddress (LCLSUBADR parameter) must be *CNNL or contain only hexadecimal characters (0-9, A-F).
Recovery . . . : Change the local subaddress to *CNNL or to a hexadecimal value, then try the request again.
