Duplicate cause code entries not allowed.

Cause . . . . . : Duplicate values were specified for the CCITT cause code information. Each CCITT cause code entry specified for this network interface description must be unique.
Recovery . . . : Remove the duplicate CCITT cause code entry, then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The CCITT cause codes are the codes defined by the international standards organization for certain error conditions on an ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network). A network may use different cause codes than those defined by CCITT for the same error. More than one CCITT cause code value can be specified for an ISDN network interface description. These CCITT cause code values must be unique for each cause code entry defined for a network interface description.
