Cause . . . . . : The system service control point identifier (SSCPID parameter) is required when the following are specified:
- Link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is *IDLC or *FR
- Switched connection (SWITCHED parameter) is *YES
- APPN-capable (APPN parameter) is *NO
Recovery . . . : Specify the SSCP identifier, then try the request again.
