Network interface &30 vary configuration failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to vary a network interface with a nonswitched channel that did not have a line description attached.
Recovery . . . : Do the following, then try the request again:
-- Use the Delete Network Interface Description command (DLTNWID) to delete the network interface.
-- Use the Create Network Interface Description for ISDN (CRTNWIISDN) command to create the network interface description again. Specify a line description to attach to the nonswitched channel on the channel entries (CHLENTRY parameter).
