Network interface &30 vary on failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A configuration error was found by the system. Address data associated with resource name &28 is not correct. Reason code &1. Reason codes and their meaning follow:
--00000003: Another configuration type is already varied on, and an attempt is being made to vary on an ISDN or T1 configuration. ISDN or T1 cannot be run while any other communication function is active on this IOP.
--00001103: Additional multifunction IOP storage is required for the requested function.
--00002009: Communication port resource not operational.
--00002014: Conflict between IOA type and physical interface specified in network interface description.
--00002025: D-channel not operational.
--00002026: No channels are operational.
--00002050: Resource &28 does not exist on the system.
Recovery . . . :
--00000003: When the active communication function is varied off, try the request again.
--00001103: Consult your hardware provider for more information on obtaining an MFIOP storage expansion feature 3116.
--00002009: Vary on the line with reset.
For all other reason codes:
Display the system resource manager database information using the Work with Hardware Resources (WRKHDWRSC) command. Find the resource name for the corresponding communications port to be varied on. Verify that the resource name for the port is the same as the resource name specified for network interface &30.
If the resource name specified in network interface &30 corresponds to the resource name found for the communications port, display the QSYSOPR message queue (DSPMSG MSGQ(QSYSOPR) command). Look for messages at the beginning of the message queue that indicate equipment was removed or failed, and do the recovery action specified in those messages. If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
--00002014: Either change the physical interface value (INTERFACE parameter) to match the IOA type associated with the resource name specified in network interface description by deleting and creating the network interface, or change the resource name to correspond to an IOA that matches the specified physical interface.
