Cause . . . . . : Each entry in a connection list must be identified by a unique name.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display Connection List (DSPCNNL) command to display the existing entries in the connection list. Change the value for the entry (ENTRY) parameter to an entry that does not exist in connection list &1, then try the request again.
