SDLC out limit not allowed.

Cause . . . . . : SDLC out limit (OUTLMT parameter) can be specified only if the following are also specified:
- Link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is SDLC (*SDLC)
- Data link role (ROLE parameter) is secondary (*SEC) or negotiable (*NEG)
- Short-hold mode (SHM parameter) is *NO
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for SDLC out limit, then try the request again.
