Connection list entry required.

Cause . . . . . : For controller descriptions, a connection list entry (CNNLSTOUTE parameter) must be specified when the link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is IDLC (*IDLC), switched connection (SWITCHED parameter) is *YES, and the initial connection (INLCNN parameter) is *DIAL.
For X.25 line descriptions, the connection list entry (CNNLSTOUTE parameter) must be specified when the physical interface (INTERFACE parameter) is *X31 and switched connection type (SWTCNN parameter) is *DIAL or *BOTH.
Recovery . . . : Specify the connection list entry, then try the request again.
