Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Clear to send timer (CTSTMR parameter) cannot be specified if the physical interface (INTERFACE parameter) is *X21 and the connection type (CNN parameter) is switched (*SWTPP) or short-hold mode (*SHM).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the clear to send timer (CTSTMR parameter), then try the request again.
