Cause . . . . . : Remote answer timer (RMTANSTMR parameter) cannot be specified if the physical interface (INTERFACE parameter) is *X21 and the connection type (CNN parameter) is switched (*SWTPP) or short-hold mode (*SHM).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the remote answer timer (RMTANSTMR parameter), then try the request again.
