Allocation retry timer not valid for link type.

Cause . . . . . : The allocation retry timer (ALCRTYTMR parameter) can be specified only if the link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is *NONE.
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the allocation retry timer, then try the request again.
