NWI channel number not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : NWI channel number (NWICHLNBR parameter) cannot be specified unless an attached nonswitched NWI (NWI parameter) is also specified.
Recovery . . . : Either specify an attached nonswitched NWI or remove the value specified for NWI channel number, then try the request again.
Use the Work with Network Interface Descriptions (WRKNWID) command for a list of existing network interface descriptions or use the Create Network Interface for ISDN command (CRTNWIISDN) to create a network interface description.
