Message : CPD8ED5
Line &1 not compatible with attachments.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The line cannot be attached to the specified controller or network server description. The reason code is &2. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
1171 -- The maximum frame size (MAXFRAME) parameter value on the controller description is greater than the maximum frame size (MAXFRAME) parameter value on the IDLC line description.
1173 -- The IDLC transmit window size (IDLCWDWSIZ) parameter on the controller description is greater than the IDLC transmit window size (IDLCWDWSIZ) parameter on the IDLC line description.
1182 -- The port number specified on the network server description (NWS) parameter physical or *INTERNAL value is not compatible with virtual ethernet (*VRTETHn or *VRTETHPTP) ports used by lines currently attached to the network server description.
1183 -- The port number specified on the network server description (NWS) parameter virtual Ethernet (*VRTETHn or *VRTETHPTP) value is not compatible with physical or *INTERNAL ports used by lines currently attached to the network server description.
1184 -- The port number specified on the network server description (NWS) parameter is already in use by another line description.
1186 -- The line description can not be configured to the *INTERNAL port of the NWS.
1188 -- The line description is not compatible with the type of NWI (NWI) parameter.
1189 -- The port number specified on the network server description (NWS) parameter cannot be *VRTETHn where n is 0 through 9 because the maximum number of lines has been reached. No more than one *VRTETHPTP and four *VRTETHn ports may be used.
1190 -- The network server description specified on the (NWS) parameter already has an attached line with the same associated port resource name (ASSOCPORT) parameter.
119A -- Lines can not attach to a network server type (TYPE), server connection *GUEST.
119B -- The port number specified on the network server description (NWS) parameter does not have a matching port number on the virtual Ethernet path (VRTETHPTH) parameter specified on the network server description.
Recovery . . . : Correct any errors, then try the request again.
