Cause . . . . . : Change line command failed. The reason code is &2. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
2171 -- The maximum frame size (MAXFRAME parameter) value on the controller description is greater than the maximum frame size (MAXFRAME parameter) value on the IDLC line description.
2173 -- The IDLC transmit window size (IDLCWDWSIZ parameter) on the controller description is greater than the IDLC transmit window size (IDLCWDWSIZ parameter) on the IDLC line description.
2180 -- The network server (NWS) parameter already has a line attached with this associated port resource name (ASSOCPORT parameter).
Recovery . . . : Correct any errors, then try the request again.
