Parameter only valid when DEVCLS(*SNPT) or DEVCLS(*LAN) is specified.

Cause . . . . . : Activation timer (ACTTMR parameter) and inactivity timer (INACTTMR parameter) can only be specified when *SNPT or *LAN is specified for the device class (DEVCLS parameter).
SNA pass-through device description name (SNPTDEV parameter), and SNA pass-through group name (SNPTGRP parameter) can only be specified when *SNPT is specified for the device class (DEVCLS parameter).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the activation timer, inactivity timer, SNA pass-through device description name, or the SNA pass-through group name, then try the request again.
