Adjacent link station name required.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : *NONE cannot be specified for the adjacent link station (ADJLNKSTN parameter) when the following conditions are true:
-- The link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is *SDLC, *IDLC, or *FR
-- The controller is switched (SWITCHED parameter is *YES) or uses switched network backup (SNBU parameter is *YES)
-- The remote control point name (RMTCPNAME parameter) is *ANY.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value other than *NONE for the adjacent link station name. Then try the request again.
