CALLCTL and NETTYPE parameters are incompatible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : If the NETTYPE parameter is *ATTG3, the CALLCTL parameter must be *THIRD. For all other network types, the CALLCTL parameter must be *FIRST.
Recovery . . . : Change either CALLCTL or NETTYPE, try the request again.
