Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The service profile identifier (SPID parameter) must be specified if the network type (NETTYPE parameter) is *ATT, *NISDN, or *NORTEL.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value for the service profile identifier or change the network type to a value other than *ATT, *NISDN, or *NORTEL. Try the request again.
