NWI or NWIDLCI parameter value not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The attached nonswitched NWI (NWI parameter) and DLC identifier (NWIDLCI parameter) must either both be *NONE or both be specified as values other than *NONE.
Recovery . . . : Either change the NWI and NWIDLCI parameter values to both be *NONE or specify the name of the attached nonswitched NWI and the DLCI number for this line description. Then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : When the resource name parameter is *NWID and the network interface type is *FR, the line being created will attach to a frame relay network interface. In this case, the network interface (NWI) parameter specifies the name of the frame relay network interface and the network interface data link connection identifier (NWIDLCI) parameter specifies the data link connection identifier to be assigned to this line. For a frame relay line, when the NWI and NWIDLCI parameters are specified as *NONE, the NWI and NWIDLCI parameters must both be configured when the network interface is created. (The network interface is attached to the line.) Otherwise, when the NWI and NWIDLCI parameters are not specified as *NONE, they must both be configured when the line is created.
