Line speed must be *NWI.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When the resource name (RSRCNAME parameter) is *NWID and the network interface type (NWITYPE parameter) is *FR, the line speed (LINESPEED parameter) must be *NWI.
Recovery . . . : Specify *NWI for the line speed. Then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : When the line being configured is attached to a frame relay network interface (RSRCNAME parameter is *NWID and NWITYPE parameter is *FR), the line speed (LINESPEED parameter) must be *NWI. This indicates that the line speed will be obtained from the value specified in the NWI.
