Cause . . . . . : X.25 DCE support (X25DCE parameter) can be *NEG only when the logical channel types (LGLCHLE parameter) are *SVCBOTH and the connection type (CNN parameter) is *SWTPP.
Recovery . . . : Change the value specified for X.25 DCE support, and try the request again.
