Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while attempting to convert source initialization data into an internal download format, during a vary on of the &1 named &2.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that the source file containing the initialization data has a valid associated CCSID value. Check the job log for any other problems related to conversion. Then try the request again.
