Cause . . . . . : Code page (CODEPAGE parameter) &2 is not valid. The reason code is &3. Reason codes and their meanings are:
1 -- The value is not one of the valid code page values for a network server.
2 -- The code page cannot be used with the specified country or region code.
Recovery . . . : Change the code page value. Then try the request again.
