Language version &1 not installed for product &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Language version (LNGVER parameter) &1 must be installed for product &2 in order to use a network server description object for that product.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Licensed Programs menu (GO LICPGM command) to determine the valid installed languages for this product. Install the necessary language version before using the network server description object.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Language objects from product &2 are used to create *SVRSTG objects when a network server description is created. If the language objects are not installed, the network server description will still be created but it can not be varied on.
