V.25 bis not valid with physical interface type.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Dial command (DIALCMD parameter) of V.25 bis (*V25BIS) was specified for a physical interface (INTERFACE parameter) other than RS-232/V.24 (*RS232V24), X.21 bis/V.35 (*X21BISV35), or RS-449/V.36 (*RS449V36).
Recovery . . . : Change the dial command to a value other than V.25 bis or remove the parameter. Then try the command again.
