Error occurred with server &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while creating network server description &1, or while varying it on or off. The reason code is &2.
Recovery . . . : Check the explanation for the reason code in the Technical Description of this message and the job log for other messages. Make the appropriate changes, and try the request again. If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The following is a list of reason codes and their meanings:
--00000021: Subsystem QSYSWRK has not been started. Use the STRSBS command to start it.
--00000022: Unable to start the administration monitor job using SBMJOB.
--00000023: The administration monitor job &1 failed. Check its job log for additional information.
--00000024: The administration monitor job &1 failed to start within the process default wait time. Use the CHGCLS command to change the process default wait time.
--00000025: The administration monitor job &1 failed to end within the process default wait time. Use the CHGCLS command to change the process default wait time.
--00000027: Unable to export file systems needed by server. See the job log to determine why the network file system daemon jobs could not be started or why file systems could not be exported. Use WRKDIRE to verify that the user is enrolled in the system distribution directory.
--00000028: User does not have *USE authority to the line description for the internal port. Have the system administrator use the EDTOBJAUT command to authorize the user.
--00000029: Required storage spaces are not linked to the server description. Use the WRKNWSSTG command to link the storage spaces.
--0000002A: No TCP/IP address was found to use with the network server description. Have the system administrator use the ADDTCPIFC command to add the address.
--0000002B: More than one root volume group was found. Check the level identifiers using DSPNWSD OPTION(*STGLNK) to see which storage spaces are part of each volume group. Use the WRKNWSSTG to unlink the volume group that is not needed.
