Parameter not valid for this line when NWITYPE is not *ATM, or NWITYPE cannot be *ATM.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the network interface type is not *ATM and a parameter was specified that is valid only when the NWITYPE is *ATM, or the resource name is not *NWID and *ATM was specified for the NWITYPE.
Recovery . . . : Change one of the following parameters to use the default value or no value, then try the request again.
ACCTYPE
PVCID
USELECSADR
LESATMADR
EMLLANNAME
LECDSCTIMO
LECFRAME
In addition, if the resource name (RSRCNAME parameter) was *NWSD, use an NWITYPE other than *ATM.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A request was made to create or change a parameter, and one of the following was true:
1. The parameter is only valid with a network interface type of *ATM or,
2. Network server (*NWSD) was specified for the resource name and this conflicts with the value of *ATM specified for NWITYPE.
