Reset configuration file can not be specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A value of *YES cannot be specified for reset configuration file (RESETCFGF parameter) unless *NWS is specified for configuration type (CFGTYPE parameter).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for reset configuration file (RESETCFGF parameter) or change the configuration type (CFGTYPE parameter) to *NWS. Then try the command again.
