Document interchange session cannot be started.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to start a document interchange session has failed with a return code of &1. The return codes are as follows:
0001 - Uncommitted database changes exist.
0002 - Session limit of 10 active sessions has been reached.
0003 - The requested function is not allowed in the current environment.
Recovery . . . :
For return code 0001, commit any pending database changes and try the request again.
For return code 0002, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
For return code 0003, exit the current function and try the request again.
