User &4 already has authority to document library object &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made, to give user &4 specific authority to document library object &1 of type *&3 in folder &2. If the document library object is of type *DOC and the folder name is *NONE, then &1 is the system object name of a document not in a folder.
Recovery . . . : Either remove the authority and try the request again or change the specific authority. Use the Remove Document Library Object Authority (RMVDLOAUT) command to remove user &4 from the list of authorized users. Use the Change Document Library Object Authority (CHGDLOAUT) command to change authority for user &4.
