Storage not changed for document &1 in folder &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Storage was not changed for document &1 in folder &2 because the document is checked out. The document save status is marked to free or delete storage. One of the following was specified:
-- STG(*FREE)
-- STG(*DELETE)
-- CHKFORMRK(*YES)
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Use the Display Document Library Object Authority (DSPDLOAUT) command to see who has the document checked out. Then contact the user to find out when the document will be checked back in.
-- If you are the document owner, you can release the checked out document using the Edit Document Library Object Authority (EDTDLOAUT) command.
-- Specify STG(*KEEP).
-- Specify MARK(*NO) on the CHGDOCD command.
