Session requester broke Document Interchange Architecture rule.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The session requester sent two successive commands, which were not a Document Interchange Architecture Acknowledge command followed by a Document Interchange Architecture Sign-Off command. The session requester sent the Acknowledge command without the LU6.2 change direction indicator being set and it was not followed by the Sign-Off command.
Recovery . . . : See the Document Interchange Architecture: Transaction Programmer's Guide, SC23-0763, for help. If the problem occurs again, use the ANZPRB command to analyze the problem.
