Session requester broke Document Interchange Architecture rule.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Following a Document Interchange Architecture Sign-Off command a Document Interchange Architecture command other than Sign On was received from the session requester.
Recovery . . . : See the Document Interchange Architecture: Technical Reference, SC23-0781, for help. If the problem occurs again, use the ANZPRB command to analyze the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Following a Document Interchange Architecture Sign-Off command, the session requester may have sent a request to release a resource or may have sent a Document Interchange Architecture Sign-On command. A Document Interchange Architecture Sign-Off command was received that was not followed by a request to release a resource, and the next Document Interchange Architecture command received was not Sign On.
