DLO(*DOCL) and FLR parameter required with DOCL parameter.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : If the document list (DOCL) parameter is specified, then the folder (FLR) parameter and *DOCL for the document library object (DLO) parameter must be specified.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify DLO(*DOCL), FLR(folder-name), and DOCL(document-list-name).
-- Do not specify DLO(*DOCL) or DOCL(document-list-name).
