Distribution &1 rejected and not processed because of not valid data.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Errors occurred while trying to distribute a message only distribution. The message only distribution does not contain message text. The distribution is sent from user ID and address &5 &6. The date and time of the request was &7 &8. A dump has been taken. The dump output was directed to a spooled file in job &4/&3/&2.
Recovery . . . : According to DIA Architecture, if you are distributing a message only distribution, there must be at least 1 character that is not blank. The sending product must change their application to comply with DIA Architecture.
