Cause . . . . . : The program name, message queue name, or the library name is not correct. If the library is not specified, the program or message queue may be in a library that is not contained in the library list.
Recovery . . . : Correct the program name, message queue name, or the library name. If the library name was not specified, specify the library name and try the request again.
