Session requester not allowed by Document Interchange Architecture.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The session requester sent a TRNRND (LU6.2 change direction indicator) without sending any user data while in the IDLE/IDLE state. That is not allowed. The system assumes the role of the server and does not start requests.
Recovery . . . : See the Document Interchange Architecture: Transaction Programmer's Guide, SC23-0763, for help. If the problem occurs again, use the ANZPRB command to analyze the problem.
