Get operation without position requires key equal operator.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A get by key operation was requested with no change of file position; however, an operator other than key equal was specified. The Distributed Data Management (DDM) target system requires the key equal operator when no change of file position is requested.
Recovery . . . : Change the option list, and then try the request again.
