Initialization of DDM file &2 in &3 not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to initialize a member in remote file &5 on system &4 using Distributed Data Management (DDM) file &2 in &3. For system &4, initialization of default entries is not allowed. Remote file &5 must have a file class of direct, and it must not contain any active records.
Recovery . . . : Specify initialization of deleted entries, specify a remote file which has a file class of direct, or clear the remote file &5 before initialization.
