Key option for read operation not accepted by target system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following operations was requested but was not accepted by the target system, &4.
-- A request was received to get either the previous record or the next record with the same key.
-- A request was received to get the previous record or the next record with a key different from the key of the record at the current position in distributed data management (DDM) file &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Change the program to remove the request.
-- Change the DDM file (CHGDDMF command) to access a remote file on a system that supports System/38 DDM extensions. Then try the request again.
