Logical file record format is not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The request to create a logical file on a remote system is not allowed for this system. The record format for file &1 in library &2 either is not based on the record format for the physical file or is not new.
Recovery . . . : Change the data description specifications (DDS) for the logical file to be created. However, do not specify a record format for an existing file that is other than the remote physical file, and then try the request again.
