Two-phase commitment control is not supported on target.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A protected conversation cannot be started to the remote location specified in the Distributed Data Management (DDM) file. The remote location &1 does not support two-phase commitment control protocols.
Recovery . . . : Change the protected conversation (PTCCNV) parameter of the DDM file to *NO or change the remote location (RMTLOCNAME) to a target that supports two-phase commitment control.
