Error &4 occurred extracting DDM file information.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Your Change DDM File (CHGDDMF) request cannot be satisfied because of error code &4. The error occurred while attempting to extract DDM file information for file &2 in library &3. The error codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- You are not authorized to use the file.
2 -- You are not authorized to use the library.
3 -- The file was not found.
4 -- The library was not found.
5 -- The file is currently not available for use.
6 -- The library is currently not available for use.
7 -- The file is not a DDM file.
Recovery . . . : For error codes 1 and 2, have the security officer or the object owner give you the authority needed to do the requested operation.
For error codes 3 and 4, specify the correct file or library.
For error codes 5 and 6, wait until the file or library is available for use.
For error code 7, either specify the correct file and library, or use the correct change command for the file, based on its file type. The Display File Description (DSPFD) command can be used to determine the file type.
After correcting the error, try your request again.
